We are happy to report that Third Pond’s drainage pipe has been cleared, allowing a full flow out of the pond and into Bull’s Brook. A temporary metal grate has been installed to prevent further blockages from beaver activity. On April 6 the Homeowners Association Board of Directors held an emergency meeting to receive an update on efforts to clear the blockage and to take the next steps to mitigate the new beaver population that has discovered our waterways.
