In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants for Prairie Crossing and the By-Laws of the Homeowners Association, the Annual Meeting of the Homeowner's Association is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at the Byron Colby Barn. Further, details will be provided in a subsequent mailing which will be sent in early January 2026. 

Foster Premier Management Company will be facilitating the election process by: 

1) Receiving nominations 

2) Sending ballots to homeowners, and 

3) Collecting and tabulating your votes
