A Nomination Application for homeowners wishing to be considered for election is attached.

This application, completed in accordance with instructions contained therein, should be

returned to Foster Premier Management Company – 750 W. Lake-Cook Rd. Suite 325 – Buffalo

Grove, IL 60089 no later than 5:00 P.M on Friday, December 19, 2025 in one of the following

ways:

1) USPS, or express mail

2) Email Kkasper@fosterpremier.com, or

3) Drop off at the Foster Premier office.

Shortly after the close of nominations, you will receive a follow-up mailing containing candidate

statements and a ballot with detailed instructions on how you will be able to

vote.

The Board encourages you to participate in all phases of this election process and especially

encourages you to send in your ballot. We need a majority of you to cast your ballot in order to

have a valid election.
